Well...I have done it.
This is what I call :
BEAUTY and the BEAST in One body.
I have made Magikarp x FEEBAS before, so I thik I should do the Evolution, so here it comes!
Ghah. It was soo difficult to design "Her", since she has both Fearsome appearance of Gyarados and I have to put Graceful Milotic's appearance. This one come so nicely for me...
