You mean the type of aircraft the F22 is? It is a 5th generation stealth air superiority fighter in use by the United States Air Force. It is most used to gain control of airspace that is saturated with enemy fighters and/or SAM (Surface to Air) sites. In short, it is an aircraft with a very low radar signature, which means that other non-stealth fighters would have to get to suicidally close range in order to spot it, and by then they most likely would be destroyed by the Raptor from long distance.
