Description
a gateway that can take you anywhere in time and space. with but a thought you could explore the multiverse and the infinite possibilities of existence.this was an idea i've had for a while and been working on it here and there. finally got a chance to finish it. lately i''ve been brave enough to work with more backgrounds in my doodles. not very good with them as you can see, but i'm trying to change that by just taking a little more time to work on them.
i hope everyone enjoys it and thanx in advance for taking the time checking me out!

I really liked this when I originally saw it as " TheObsessiveBrowser " ( I had to reinvent my online dA persona after a computer crash. ).
If such a device / doorway really existed, it would be a cross btwn Star Trek's " Guardian of Forever ", the Stargate, & maybe the Monolith from 2001 : A Space Odyssey & 2010 : The Year We Make Contact ( I am such a GEEK..... ). I can imagine it being intelligent, maybe even bio - cybernetic.

I'm having to pick up some pieces, but think it'll be worth it. I got a Droid cell - phone with a pretty good camera that I think I'll get good results from, If I can figure out how to SEND text & photos. I'm gonna need smaller fingers !

I started out with a desktop computer. I need to evolve a little more. & I had a bad experience with an iPad.....
More older people are getting savvy, so maybe after my 60th, I'll become that way.

Thanks ! I spent a lot of time in Google +'s Photo community, & I've had it. I was told to delete 3 of my photographs because they were unsuitable. Not OFFENSIVE, just unsuitable. So I guess I'll get off my fat butt soon, & post ( again ! ) here !

Have you seen the series " HUMANS " yet, on AMC ? I predict this will happen maybe 15 - 20 yrs in the future. Humanoid robots that are difficult to tell from humans ( from a certain distance ). At 1st, they'll be the playthings for the rich, then you can rent them, just like hiring a temp. secretary, with a possible option to own.
It could be interesting !!

This kind of story has been done dozens of times ( Let's not forget " Blade Runner " ), but some parts of it never get OLD. The oldest " synthetic being " is The Golem, an old Eastern European Jewish folk tale predating " Frankenstein ".

Even the Mesopotamian people believed that their gods created us just to be their servants, then sent a flood of Biblical proportions to get rid of us because - We were making too much NOISE ! Strange, eh ?

Gorgeous piece. It's got a lot going on, dynamic action, moving scenary seemingly caught with a photo-like precision. Astounding colors and shading, you've really built an atmosphere with the piece, just looking at it you can imagine what's going on as you view this gateway. Exteaordinarily well done and kudos!
