A fortune cookie I made earlier.Some of you may be wondering what those particular numbers mean - they are the infamous numbers from LOST that show up in the show periodically.
Don't play them in the lottery. O_O
*Wonders how many people have played these numbers in the lottery*
I know the text looks like crap - it's hard to pixel numbers at a tilted angle.

That is one fine-lookin' cookie. 
It's especially amusing to me, because now, whenever I open a fortune cookie, I secretly hope that those will be my lucky numbers. I'm such a hopeless LOST geek!

Wow, the shading is so soft in that cookie. It looks so real
And interestingly enough about unlucky numbers...when a police car was numbered 13, it got into a load of accidents. When the SAME car got its number changed to something else w/o the "unlucky" stigma, it didn't get into any accidents anymore. Perhaps it is our collective conscious that really makes certain numbers unlucky?

Thanks a lot! I wasn't really aiming for realism, but it just came out looking that way with the shading technique I used.

I love it! The fortune cookie is really well-shaded and I actually think the numbers look really nice.

When I first saw the thumbail in my inbox, my thought was 'COOKIE!' It was a very happy thought. Then I saw the numbers and started cackling. You made me cackle.
On a purely aesthetic note, the shading on the cookie is really convincing. Nice and smooth and shapely. Yay!
