~EDIT: It IS an I.D., you just have to download it since it's pixel art and pixel art can't be bigger than 150x150 without a preview image.~is holding a contest in which anyone is able to make an i.d., icon, or CSS page for her. (Or all of them. I got the link to it from so I decided to enter the i.d. part. (Although I may have a go at the icon part, as well.)
Anyway, this is what I came up with. I am not sure if she likes pixel art or, not, but she wanted a theme revolving around her belief system/ magical items, etc.
PLEASE full view so you can see it all. I spent a very long time on this - probably the longest I spent on any pixel.
I also tried some different shading techniques with this one.Anyway, not for use other than Moonbeam13. (I don't know why anyone would use an i.d. with someone else's name on it, anyway.
)Even if it doesn't win, I really like it and I hope you guys do, as well.

Yeah, I uploaded it and it completely distorted it. It blurred it. Is there anything else I can do? Or is it just my computer?

OK I had to fiddle with it. It is saved as an animation so I had to create a single GIF image. Then I had to alter it into RGB color. Then when I was saving it for the web I had to save it again as a gif as it was html. Then I uploaded back into Photoshop and saved that final GIF as a PNG. I then viewed it through Firefox and it looked fine.

Okay, so I wasn't suposed to save as a JPEG, but a PNG? Those two always confuse me.

JPEG distorts pixels really badly. The downside with PNG is if there is a transparency behind it it will show up black and not transparent in the smaller view.

I'm not extrememly confident I'll win, because there are other awesome entries, as well (This contest is for all mediums of art)- but I figured, why not? I enjoyed making it, and I am proud of the outcome so even if I don't win, it's all good.
