I DID NOT DRAW THIS!!!!!One of my friends, who doesn't have a Devianart account wanted me to put this up on here so everyone could see it! Again, I DID NOT DRAW THIS!!!!!
This is suppose to be-like the title says-a Ninetails evolution. Simple as that.

The whole, 'Vulpix has 6 tails, Ninetails has nine tails (Duh), so the evolution should have 12...'
