Kind of! Basically, I have the right to refuse your request if it can cause too much hate/ controversy. If you ask for a request, you'll need to provide me what medium I should use (digital/ traditional), what style I should use (I do best with anime/ realistic styles) and also please give me references if you're asking for fan art!
