Hello Infra!
Before anything, I just wanted to say you did really a really nice work on this! The pose you chose is definitely not the easiest to nail, but I still think you did pretty well! Perspective also looks pretty decent to me, but it's not my forte so I'll just go where I think I could be of help x)

Anatomy-wise, I'd say there are a few minor issues. Nothing too dramatic though, don't worry!

Her eyes are probably what struck me first. They look like they were drawn in a really flat way compared to the rest of the body. I understand, however, they can be very tricky! My favorite trick is to imagine some kind of mask to help me visualize the eye sockets It does help to give volume to eyes.

Also, If you look at the pupils, they also look like they are looking in two different directions. Drawing characters looking foward is really tricky and I have no idea how to explain it, so I've included a small correction in the picture above!

For the rest, they are mostly minor character construction issues. I've "decomposed" the character into very basic 3D shapes and sketched a  quick side-view to help you visualize.

1. First of all, I think her boobs should be slighly lower. Since she is leaning on the chair and the torso volume is tilted fowards, the chest area would naturally go down because of the angle.  
2.There is also a similar issue regarding the pelvis/leg connection. Since the pelvis slightly tilts backwards in sitting poses, the hip joint is going to come up a bit. (Taking at look at the side view would probably help to understand what the heck I mean exactly xDD)

I think the rest works pretty well, and there is nothing that is too dramatic. The best advice I can give you to begin is to quickly sketch your pose, and from that, build your character into basic 3D shapes. Thinking in 3D when you draw 2D can be very helpful especially when there's perspective involved. From that' you'll gain an understanding of the different volumes that make up your characters and it will soon enough become instinctive. ^^ I don't have any tutorials regarding basic character construction for now, but i'll be sure to send them your way if I find some

Anyway, hope that was somewhat understandable (and helpful!!!) I'm sorry I'm not the best at explaining, especially with words lmao

It turned out really good, Green!! ^_^ you did a great job on the shading, and the background looks fine! The clothes are great, too. I'm just really happy seeing your art get better and better!

And I'm sure Claude will love it! She really is a wonderful person.
