This is my Secret Santa gift for CacouPhonieBoth Onyx and Elysia belong to her
So, in my discord server, we decided to perform this event and I got Cacou to draw for. Tbh, at the very first moment, I freaked out
I mean, I knew that Cacou draws humans and has no anthro characters, and I can't draw humans at all! XDDD So, I thought: "Daaaaarn, now I'm f***ed", cos I literally had no right to make my SS share crappy, but at the same time, I was supposed to draw human characters So, I though: "Oh well, what should I do?", up until Cacou posted her wishes and she made a quick sketch of her characters anthrofied. And that was the salvation XDDDDD Idk if she guessed that was me who was supposed to draw for her, but lol, that wasn't a coincidence XDDD Anyway, since I had anthro references of her characters, I started working on the gift for Cacou :3 I'm sure that some of you recognised Elysia and Onyx XDDD And, since it's a known fact that Onyx is obsessed with apple pies, I thought that it would be funny to draw him freaking out at Elysia for eating "his" pie
Dear Cacou, I hope you like it :3 Your characters were so much fun to draw :3 Even though I was freaking scared of drawing for you, I'm happy that I got you to make a gift for :3
Still, this pic has some flaws in terms of coloring, proportions, anatomy and... and everything else XDDD So, I would really appreciate you could help me to spot problematic points and suggest how they can be improved. That would be a perfect holiday gift for me :3

I finally get to comment on this!! Sorry it took so long, lol. But this turned out so incredibly well, Green!! I told you before, but you nailed the feeling and energy in this. :3 it's the PERFECT representation of Onyx and Elysia...I love it!!
And the only gift of critique I can give us that Elysia's hair seems to lack...something. hard to say what, but it's off to me. Sorry that's not more helpful...:')

For an argument that feels kind of basic - the one on the left essentially admitted to eating the pie after all - I can still feel the intensity and potential of this confrontation. I donβt know if it would stretch out longer than a dinosaurβs feathers, but their angry eyes, pointing fingers, defensive and forward leaning postures respectively, along with dialogue font and the background all contribute to the feeling of intractable differences. There might be a few more things you could have done to really emphasize the tone: the open palm of the one on the left feels more requesting than emphatic, and I like the teeth display on the one on the right enough that Iβd like to see teeth from the one on the left, and their ears could be a little more confrontational and angry looking. But essentially the image is very clear and full of life! I also like how good their clothes are, and how their differing fashion choices feel real and consistent.

Dude, I still don't know why you freaked out over SS, because it honestly came out AMAZING! (And I'm still sure you would've been able to pull that off with humans, because you're doing well with Largo, but I'd figured you'd have more fun with this if they were anthro xD)
Anyway back to the drawing!
AHHHHHH! I will never say enough how much I love it!!!! You completely captured both of their energy in this and it's so priceless and funny! xD Of course he'd hog all of the sweets even if they wouldn't technically be his lmao
The poses and expressions look so lively and they are so full of personality! (I don't know why, but I love Onyx's little tongue sticking out xDDD)

You did a really great job with this! Especially the way Elysias jacket falls around her form (I don't know how to word that right XD ).
And their expressions are damn good as well~
Buut as you wanted some pointers: Elysias left hand, the one in the background, looks a bit wrong perspective wise. Mostly because the fingers bend in a way they shouldn't I think? I don't really know how to describe it right. Other than that you actually did really well with the anatomy and proportions. And the coloring is damn good if you ask me!
Especially the way you drew the orange stripes. They are such eyecatchers~
