I get a depressed impression of feeling exposed, perhaps used, a body and little else. This is a traditionally very vulnerable pose because so much of the neck (and jugular is exposed). I definately like the use of shadowing, your shadow seems to be consuming you even, which is very interesting. I like the contrast of title an image, in that there is no "mind presence" in the image.
