~can't be an old lady or anything. has to be a cutie/hottie/girlgirl
~must be an oc. i'm not drawing a chara from the media that you didn't create
~anthros and monster girls and such are FINE. OUT OF THE ORDINARY CHARAS ARE ENCOURAGED. especially colorful ones.

This is the most colourful OC I have with a reference so far, but if I finish my detective before this ends I'll submit her too because she's even more colourful... or at least, she should be. XD
