hmm... well think about the ways muscle move around bone. a lot of people just try to master anatomy by thinking about the way they remember it's SUPPOSED to look, or how they've already seen it before, but in reality that's not the best way of looking at it. think of mmd models. they have to be moved right? when you move a certain thing the rest of the body moves around it. also, try looking at yourself in the mirror!! try the position you're trying to draw! think about the way it feels to be in that position. now try and make your character feel like that.
