Mustache merely frowned again, he knew he now had to do it, he couldn't leave the filly the pleasure of winning! His dad was an eventer, he jumped obstacles way higher than this fence, he also could do it, if he really wanted to!

"Good!", Mustache so said, stomping on the ground once, before turning around and trotting off a bit, Fever watching curiously.
Once the colt felt he had gone far enough he turned around again. Taking a deep breath, he swallowed hard. He could do it!
And with that he galopped towards the fence with all his might! The fence came nearer and nearer and nearer and once he was almost at it he jumped as high and mighty as he could!

And tripped over his own legs, landing flat on the face on the other side of the fence with a big thud and a muffled 'Ow.'
"Ohmygod! Are you alright!", Fever gasped and trotted over.
Mustache merely rolling onto his back,
"I'm afraid I still gotta practice the whole jumping thing a bit.", he said, for a moment the two just glancing at each other, just to suddenly break out in laughter.

"Aside the landing it was pretty awesome.", Fever then said with a grin, while Mustache rolled back on his belly and got up.
"Hey, wanna race to the lake?", she then suggested.
"Sure thing!", Mustache grinned, after shaking himself and without any warning was off, Fever right at his heals, the foals laghing all the way.
