Description

Quick had been thinking a lot lately. About the horse he had been. The horse he had become. He had found friends, he had found a best human friend in Heather, he had become a much happier and satisfied horse. Hell, he even had gone to the Olympics, which probably was the biggest honor a horse could ever recieve. His live really had taken a turn for the better ever since he had moved to IVS. Ever since, well, he had been taught this drastic, but needed lesson by the damn midsget nightmare and his demonic frisian bodyguard. Still. There was one thing Quick felt he needed to do, before he really could say he had become a honorable horse!
He so went to BJ and asked if he could transport him to his old home EH.

There he went to the meadow he knew he would find the one he was looking for at. When he saw him come, he called his friends to quickly take a leave, but Quick called after them.
"Wait! I need to talk to you!"
Hesitatingly the other stallion stopped, but seemed to hear in Quick's voice that his words were honest and so carefully stepped nearer. Quick heaved a sigh, while the smaller stallion looked at him weary.
"Listen, Trouble, you are a ridiculouse little weakling, but . . . but what I did to you was not right, I know that now. It's not what a good horse does, bully those much weaker than him, just because he can. I shouldn't have done all this to you, no matter how much your pathetic face makes me want to kick it. I . . . I am sorry."
They looked at each other for a moment, when suddenly a shy little smile grew on Trouble's lips,
"I . . . I accept your apology. I may have chosen other words myself, but, well, I know how hard this must've been for you, so, thanks. You apparently really changed.", the smaller nodded and at that also Quick gave a short little smile. He felt at peace.

Having made his amends he returned to IVS, where to his great surprise Midget and Mordred soon found him on the meadow.
"What do you want? Bite out my eyes or something?", he muttered.
"Noooo, no, we never would do something that cruel, would we, Mordred?", Midget smiled, while Mordred uttered a little "Weeeell . . .", under his breath, but Midget already continued speaking,
"We heard you went to EH and apologised to the little guy who's life you used to made hell."
"Yeah, I did. What about it?", Quick replied.
"Ah, nothing, I just think you deserve a reward for this, well, truely noble deed."
Quick quirked his brows, Midget just grinned.
"Remember the day, we, erm, had our little argument?"
"How could I ever foreget it!"
"Weeell, maybe it wasn't quite as you thought it was . . ."
"I just nipped your inner tigh, handsome. Your balls been there all the way.", Mordred suddenly said.
Quick's eyes just went big, while Midget huffed.
"Mordred! You messed it up!"
"What? We made him believe he had no balls anymore, I guess we played him enough.", the frisian shrugged.
"But . . .", Quick mumbled unbelieving.
"Yeah, now that Mordred ruined the fun anyway, I made you believe they were gone. Sorry 'bout that, but you were a real dick, you deserved it.", Midget just said, one of his orbs gave a short glow and all of the sudden it all was clear to Quick.
The little nightmare merely turned and pranced off, followed by Mordred, who however uttered,
"Don't do anything stupid though, handsome. Next time it'll be the real deal.", he said with a wink and a snapping gesture, before following Midget.

A while Quick just stood on the meadow, shocked. Then he went straight to his best friend, Classy.
"Class! You won't believe what the little Sucker and his brute did!", the mustang gasped.
"Ah, they finally told you.", Classy just smirked.
"WHAT! YOU KNEW?", Quick cried.
"Yep. They forbid us all to tell though. Threatened to bite of our balls . . . and even more importantly, you really deserved that lesson, man. You were one heck of a dickhead."
"Already the second to tell me.", Quick huffed.
"Well, because it's true. I understand every stallion who's acting an arse because of mares or power in the herd, but you were just being evil! Be honest, without them, would you ever have let that darling human of your's ride you? Would you've gone to all those great places? Would we ever have become friends?"
"No. I guess I really was a dickhead.", Quick sighed with a nod.
"Yeah, but . . . you're our dickhead now.", Classy grinned, giving his friend a bump with his head. He was right.
