I think I'm getting the hang of this texture thing. xD I really really love this. I created it with =arrsistable 's emotion contest. I decided to portray loneliness.The beautiful little girl is 's daughter. [link]

I love the emotion that is conveyed in this piece. I'm not too fond of the title though. The piece for me told a different story. But regardless, I love this work!

The color is great. I don't have enough skill to offer critique on this. However, I will say that the transparent effect on some of the trees was great.

I love the color tones- very effective use of autumn colors to highlight the cool blue of her dress. Definitely has the feel of a fantasy story, and reminds me of Waterhouse's paintings.
