Description
Norwegian firefighters practicing different techniques to extinguish the fire. Here with ignited propane. When shooting from behind them, I had to lay down on the floor, because I was told the heat would make my lens crack if I got up.Hope you like it. I am quite pleased with this one.

It is for opening a hole in the roof of the special container they use. This releases some of the fire and make the flames disappear quicker if the need to stop them. Glad you like it

Yes. At the source of the fire, the temperature can rise to about a 1000˚C. One of the crew members had to get out quick when the ignited propane sank towards the floor once.. Normally it stays up along the roof.

Check the description. Shot with D300s, but that doesn't really matter. It isn't that hot if you lay down on the floor.

Yes, the same outfit as the firefighters, except from that I had no oxygen mask. Hard to shot with a camera with that big thing in your face
