abilities:

-Ceira's cells are unique, as they can bind themselves to the cells of other living beings. Once her cells infect a host, they multiply, taking over it completely. The Host is transformed into a bizarre and alien monster in the process. These "corrupted" beings then seek out new lifeforms to infect, repeating the process.

-Ceira sprouts root like tentacles from her back and limbs, which grow out and seek lifeforms to infect. Then bind to said lifeforms, infecting them and spreading out from Ceira. The landscape soon becomes an corrupted and alien, with Ceira being its "heart".

-Ceira has little to no control of her tentacles. as soon as some form of life comes near, they attack and start the corruption process, much to Ceira's dismay.

-The corruption will continue to grow till it runs out of life to corrupt, or ceira stops/kills it herself. however, due to to limited control of her powers, she is usually unable to do without help.

-Ceira can also morph her body as well, but it takes intense concentration for her to do so.

-her mutation has an accelerated growth aspect to it, making her grow into adulthood very fast.

-the corruption and Ceira is essentially immortal, unless both Ceria and the corruption are completely destroyed at the same time. if part of either ceria or the corruption is left, it will regrow itself and Ceria. because of this, the best method to deal with the corruption and ceira is to contain it.

- Ceira also has no sex organs. she reproduces via the corruption.

Weakness:

-Due to the nature of her mutation, taking her out is not an option. hazard suits can protect yourself from the corruption, and super mutants are immune to it. use either of these to contain the corruption.

-her friend era, kindness in others, hanging out with friends, helping others, helping her friends, and noodles.

Dislikes:

-people hurting others, people hurting her, being looked down on, not being able to help others, hurting people she cares about, being alone, and hot dogs.

Ceira and Era were the best of friends. When Era got her powers, Ceira stood by her side and did everything she could to help her. However, as the threats become more dangerous, and Era became more occupied with taking out villains, Ceira soon found herself looking on from the sidelines as Era saved the city day after day. Jealousy began to take over Ceira. If she had powers, she could fight with Era side by side. They wouldn't be left separated, growing father and father apart as they were now.

Though Ceira soon got what she wished. One night, a strange man offered to give her powers. He said he was the one going after Era, and if she let him give her powers, he would stop attacking Era, and let the two of them fight crime together. Ceira didn't want to trust the man, but seeing an opportunity to rid Era of the evil she had been fighting was too good to pass up. she let the man give her powers, but they didn't turn out as planed.

Ceira's newfound corruption powers soon began taking over the city, and era had to come and save the day. Not being able to let Ceira lose, Era painfully made the choice to send her to Iron Peak, the mutant holding facility in the mountains. there, Ceira now sleeps; constantly kept asleep by special inhibitor gas. only to be awoken when her friend Era comes to see her...
