He is an admin to team Magma from Pokemon Ruby, the baddies in the game. The version I've been drawing is his updated model from Omega Ruby. He's supposed to be super smart, really proud and doesn't care what anyone thinks about his looks, kind of a large and in charge type of person.Β So he's the PERFECT person to annoy with treats.
