The Poitan on the left is nurse-themed because the potion in her ears can be used to heal.
The Hact on the left has fewer, less striking colors for a more simple look.

If you're looking for adopts with potion ears, I'd recommend looking at sushirabu's gallery. She's the creator of the Poitan adopt species, perhaps she'll make more of them to sell in the future
