A titan of unknown origins or even abilities. Code named Scuttle due to habit of collecting garbage to construct a rudimentary shell for itself its point of origin seems to have been a landfill. While could be useful for removing waste product it seems to be peculiar of what it uses to cover itself using outdated electronics and cartridges. The reasons are unknown to this point.
