pov: you're a senior bluebird and every week there's at least one new guitarist (i am not the bluebird in the drawing, that is one of our singers)literally the reason there's senior and junior bluebirds now is because there were too many guitarists (there were about 10 i think...?) so they had to create a seperate band for them.
