Oh man... It's about damn time I draw the Joking Dragon again! I just checked my gallery and the last time I drew him was June 2009!
I so badly missed drawing this guy. 
I kept putting it off. This is my attempt at a chibi version of him as well. 
Don't be fooled by the cuteness, you just know he's deadly.This is also the result of me not drawing dragons recently as well. D: I need to get back into the habit.
