OKAY BUT THAT ENDING THOUGH. I WAS NOT READY.
He has a THRONE?! And that transformation! Ahhh! That entire chapter I loved it so much! There's so much left unexplored, so much left to answer for. The ending was confusing, but I actually really loved it. I kinda understand, but I need to play more to really wrap my head around things.

I think the throne was more of an object to hide behind to conceal his transformation. Β But it also had chains where I've heard theories he was chained to that throne. Β

I think they were actually broken halos (mAlice), but I can see why people would see them as chains and the theory of him being chained is strong. If he really was....well, the idea of it is very upsetting. I believe the throne can be seen as his seat of power, representing Joey, if that's how you look at it. The game can be taken a few ways, honestly.

I know a bit about the ending. Thanks to some other person, from what I understand, at the very end, it's actually a prequel to the game since as soon as Henry opened that door, he was in the studio. So the ending is a prequel....yup.
