Because I can see these two really getting along.
At least for a while, until they drive each other (even more) batshit crazy. And I just realized I have not drawn Beetlejuice since like...2007? 
I should really do more fanart for the guy. I finally have Beetlejuice season 1 on dvd so I have no excuse now.Joker and Beetlejuice (c) their respective owners

You know, when I was younger, I LOVED the Beetlejuice cartoon!
Now that I'm older and more...um..."girlier"... well, I still love the cartoon (tried watching the entire series online again a few years ago)...but now I can't look at Beetlejuice without freaking out, lol.
The movie's great, but I do prefer the cartoon versions of Beetlejuice and Lydia (hope I got her name right) over their movie counterparts.
...still...would be interesting to see Joker and BJ get together...and the results would scare the hell out of me, lol. XD

When I was a child, you couldn't get me away from the tv when Beetlejuice was on. 
When I first saw the movie (and in my younger years) BJ freaked me out, but I thought he was cool.
I may do more Joker/BJ art. After all, their interactions could be interesting.

I was watching so many things when I was kid: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Animaniacs, Beetleborgs, Aladdin, Little Mermaid-- the list goes on. XD
I think the Power Rangers one was my biggest. I dressed up as the pink ranger, Kimberly for about 3 or 4 years on Halloween.
and yes, I did watch Beetlejuice whenever I happened to catch it on TV.
When I watched the Beetlejuice movie for the first time as a kid...I got freaked out by him and the things he did, lol.
