so warding is everybody's responsibility now.

Yeah and Renekton isn't connected to Shurima as far as I know. Nasus just resides there at the moment because it reminds him of his home while Renekton is currently locked up tight in League's institution.

Renekton was a guardian like Nasus before. Renekton was the Guardian while Nasus was the Curator. This was before Renekton was a bloodthirsty killer.
