Here is an interior from the just released Superman Unchained #2, pencils by Jim Lee, inks by me. Clark seeks advice from an old friend. Why the funky costume for Bats? Teaser. By the way, notice on the last panel, there's a hint of the Superman S on the Batcave wall from the shadow that Clark is casting. Just a little Easter egg. This scan was made before a number of drawing corrections were made. Lots of brush and nib on this page of course, and a little white splatter with toothbrushRelated content

are you using a chisel or calligraphy pen for those shadowy repetitive lines in batman's funky costume? in his shoulders and knees? i see this quite often in talented inkers such as yourself and friend but cant quite engineer what brush or 102ish tip it could be. both of you say those are your main tool s but its quite possible you guys have to use other forms of ink. thanks amazing as usual, but you know that.
