This perspective is amazing, the quality of the colors is breath-taking itself! The sun rays the water splashing up when the tail is in the water.
Perspective- It's like the world is spinning and you are in the waves looking up at the Pokemon! It's almost making me dizzy it's that good!
Colors- Light,dark the shadows are right on! Along with the sky starting at a light blue going darker. The feathers are well detailed with the light resource!
Over all appearance- it's a well made piece that you can tell you focused on it! I myself feel like a took a picture of this lovely Pokemon! Really great job! I'd like to see more of your work again soon!

The best part about this piece is the wings. They manage to look feathery while also working with the original design's hand-like wings. This could very easily be what a Lugia would look like in real life.
