Remember this?I decided to change the design a bit and keep him! I did a quick reference sheet of the original design but I kept it in my stash because I didn't like the design. A fully skeletal thing just seemed too... meh. But I kept the head, antlers and neck floof.
As for the name, I wanted something really dull and boring... not sure why... strange, huh.
Null is completely genderless (like a lot of my characters haha). You can refer to it as a he, she or it. Personally I will refer to Null as 'it' or 'she'.

Awesome character design! Null is such a gorgeous creature! I love how eerie and intimidating she looks, and how that clashes with how gentle and thoughtful she is. Like, just reading that she chooses to cover her face because people find it scary is heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time lol!
I think that adding more skin was a nice touch, because the whole skeletal body with hair is a bit over-done, so she stands out a lot more with her current features. And her antlers are amazing! The little curled pieces add so much character, and it's the same with the broken-off bits as well.
All up, I am in love with this beautiful creature, and I hope to see more of her in the future

Β Is Null one of a kind, or part of a species? I wouldn't have expect a creature that looks like Null to be caring, but then again most guides to the afterlife are skeletal and haunting.
