I thought it would be impossible to create CPU Cyan in SFM but it wasn't very easy either, I had to mix and import the vtf of other characters but here it is, everything is possible and never give up.

the eyes are black but I decided to give it an illumination in the Color Cyan to make it look much better, for me it looks good; that will depend on you how you see it, here is the other normal version:
