My concept of a next generation Arwing for StarFox. Okay, it probably doesn't look too different, but...it is. The big angled views are showing the starfighter in attack mode while the profile views are showing the fighter in it's cruise mode. New engine, new armor, new weapons, etc. I really don't know the progression of the models of Arwing through out the history of StarFox, so I just took a guess at the number. Who's gonna' fly them? A squadron a little further down the road than Fox and his team. No, they're not dead. Just...much older. You'll see who the newbies are, soon enough. So, stay tuned for more concepts. If I would use this design, it would be for my friend's version, who prefer his plane to be fast & agile, but fragile. Or in the Arwing's case, better Boosts, but weaker shielding
Mine would basically be the opposite, strong shielding & strong lasers, but unable to boost

Well, that's the good thing about this fighter. You can modify it that way if you wanted to. OR buy all kinds of nifty upgrades and stuff. Or buy some new fighters and upgrade/reconfigure those.

Btw, this may sound random, but it WOULD be appreciated if you could do a "Heavily Armored" Arwing too, well, you know what I mean, right?
Anyway, don't you think that me & my friend would've been a good team if our Arwings (or planes, ships or whatever) were basically the opposites? I mean, that mine's heavily armored/shielded & have stronger cannons/machine guns while my friend's Arwing is basically fast & agile, but fragile?

COOL APPEARENCE!
If you want to know,I also have a arwing by my own design from "the Lyatt Engeneering Corporation" (LYATT,not LYLAT)
It 's an A.R.170 WING ("a.r.wing" short)
His name is based on the ARWING (ofcourse!) and the ARC 170 FIGHTER (my favorite fighter from "starwars")
The general appearence is the same, accept for these differences/modifications:
1)it has 8 wings:2 main wings,4 stabilizor wings (like the original) and 2 TAIL wings (90Β°on main wings)
2)it has camoflage systems,witch allouws the pilot to "dissapear" into the enviroment
3)it has a "SHADOW DISSOLVING SYSTEM" (by my own design:copyright!)
When activated,the fighter turns black and can, well basicly, fly trough walls,enemy ships and even planets (witch is a great help for hyperdrive calculation)...
Fourtunately,the weapon systems can still cause damage,so you can fly with ease trough a heavely guarded ship and destroy the power source!!!!
(and make it out ALIVE!)

Awesome Arwing. I've been in love with Starfox since it came out on the snes. I even have an uncomplete copy of Star Fox 2 which never came out due to the nintendo 64 release. If they make another game they should use that arwing of yours.
