I like how the cool Akatsuki uniform and the downturned mouth and scratched-through headband and blood spatters everywhere all sort of surround and lead to the crazy humongous Sharingan eye. Itatchi in the show looks much more self-controlled and put-together than this bloody version, but you know this is what's lurking underneath. Really great picture!

Impressive job on the shading. The lighting and contrast look pretty good. The blood splatters are a nice and fitting touch.
