Man, it's felt like a long winter hasn't it? I am sooooooo ready for the beauty and warmer days that is spring! I wanted to try my hand at doing one of those beautiful, drippy watercolour paintings I've seen other artists do.

It took a lot of effort for me not to try and control where the water colours spilled....because I'm a huge control freak when it comes to making my work looking like I have it planned in my head. But I do like the outcome of this. I plan on redrawing this at the end of the year to see what kind of growth my art has done over the year. ^_^

This was done with Faber-Castell watercolours, water soluble pencil and whit ink. ^^
