-When used this move has a long lasting effect. A fine "dusty powder" is blown onto the target's face through a yawn and causes drowsiness,paranoia,confusion,and hallucinations. It causes medium/deep slumbers and usually lasts for a couple hours depending on how much powder is used. If threatened the effect can vary to sleep paralysis.The time before sleeping can be hectic and frightening.
Drawbacks: The move can keep the target in a deep sleep for hours and usually has the target feeling horrid by the time they wake up. She hasn't figured a way to tone down the effect of this move. Also normal yawning can trigger the move and cause the fine powder to come up.
Psychic

-Psychic does damage and has a 33.2% chance of lowering the target's Special by one stage.
-Psychic now has a 10% chance of lowering the target's Special Defense by one stage.
-This move is the reason she can float/hover. It also causes the target to lift off the ground as it takes damage in waves,each time the wave takes more damage (one wave per turn). On the target a purple-ish white light rings surrounds them and gets closer when it takes damage and loosens when it isn't. The rings disappear after that turn but once used again the damage increases a little.The target will be dropped and lightly confused.
Drawbacks: The move can be labeled as unstable or can cause objects the shatter/implode/explode if threatened. She also has a hard time controlling floating/hovering and can't move back to the ground once she is too high(+6 ft) and same goes for when using on targets.

HISTORY Hometown???: Santalune City,Kalos
In Santalune City sat two eevees on a moon lit night;a baby girl and her 7 year old brother. The brother protecting his lil sister. They'd been thrown out and abandoned for a day or two when finally a female Espeon had stumbled upon them. It was the kittens' lucky day as the lady was a foster mother and took the two in immediately. The house was large due to the 8+ kids living there but that was just a plus side.

The girl had to stay home while others attended school. Though the kittens were both very special the baby caught the lady's eyes. She had such a bubbly brindle mark that matched her happy kitty meows and giggles and of course she had to be in the spotlight cause she wasn't even 1 years old! The lady and girl bonded and soon after the lady was watching over an adventurous kitten.
As the girl and her brother got older they soon started to talk with the other children,all different species and different reasons to be there. The girl realized she was different,she didn't have a name like the others and the lady who everyone called Fafa or Ms.Fae,by her brother(which named himself Lux) didn't want to force a name on her,especially for a crazy kitten like her.
It was time for the girl to pick due to pre-k heading up soon. Being 4 and raised around Fafa the girl had goals. 1.She wanted to be cool like Fafa,2.She wanted to become an espeon. She looked up to Fafa as a guide when she needed help and she was basically her mother. The girl ran up to Fafa that day a said "F-Fafa I wanna be like chuu!I want to be Espeon!!Call me Esse-Esspy!!" And with a cuties kitten smile,Fafa couldn't say no. That day the girl was named Esspy and it stayed that way.

Pre-K was a good experience for her and so was schooling up to 2nd grade where she encountered her first problem with bullying. It was minor at the time with people staring at her to the class calling her a moldy potato due to her brindle which landed a negative impact on how Esspy thought of herself. She started to hate her brindle blotches and would come to school in as many clothing items needed to cover her markings. Bows,long shirts,face masks,you name it,she probably had it on. She never told anyone at home and most just thought she found it cute to wear. This went on till 6th grade,then it got worse. Now others were making fun of her name,or anything they could to be honest. She grew a disliking to herself as she felt she wasn't good enough. School for her became hell as she wanted to change herself to fit in but she knew inside she was perfectly fine.
One day she just couldn't take it anymore. She was sitting at her desk,and a kid had threw a pencil at her,and she broke down crying. Not because she was hurt but she just couldn't take it anymore. The teacher immediately wrote the kid up and sent Esspy to the nurse to call home and make sure she didn't get stabbed by the pencil. She couldn't even stop sobbing to talk to Fafa but the Nurse did tell Fafa what happened and not even 5 minutes later did Fafa burst in filled with anger. When they got home Fafa sat her down for a very long talk,a talk that made Esspy realize she didn't care what they said,she just remembered she wanted to stay positive and happy. She switched schools that day and the next day,it was better. She started to realize it was going to be fine. At the new school she made new friends and they stuck around,a skitty,a rockruff,and ponyta was her squad!

During the 7th grade Esspy finally got one of her wishes completed! It was Feburary 3rd,she was finally 12 and she had walked into her first class which just happened to have her squad there and no one was in the room so she sat her stuff down. She went out to the hall and when she was walking to the door everyone in the class ran into the class and screamed "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!". They were holding cupcakes and gave Esspy a crown with a jewel on it. The sheer force of friendship had her on the edge of evolution. She looked at everyone and even the teacher had contributed. She started to feel herself slipping and poof!!!! She turned into an Espeon. Everyone stared in shock and she just started screaming. She was so happy as she hugged everyone. The rest of the day just went like normal with alittle extra screaming.
She kept it a secret from home so when she came back she just blew everyone away. Everyone was so happy for her to evolve and she had a birthday party too to make it even better! She felt better as an Espeon,she adored it. She felt unstoppable and the teasing from others was like nothing. She was starting to feel confident in her self. Around this time she learned the move Psychic so now she can float,and she kinda sucks at it but she gets better.

Going onto highschool was pretty fine for Esspy though she had a harder time dealing with minor hate as her friends got more distant from her i.e. the ponyta moved and the skitty got a big schedule change. She still decided to stay positive cause its all she could do to keep herself going along with support from home. Finally she got to her last year and passed,she's done with highschool!

Esspy was 18 when she realized she wanted to make a change. She was noticing more and more of her siblings being picked on for being themselves and she saw them getting upset just like she once did when she was young and she just couldn't stand it. She had stood up for them when Fafa had arranged a parent to parent teacher conference to talk about what happened and how they could stop the problem. Esspy noticed hate for moves falling around the city and she hated it,all she wanted was people to be themselves(in a good way of course) and others getting hurt just for enjoying moves upset her. She didn't use moves often but she did have 2 she kept for safety and plus she liked them and she knew others liked their moves! Esspy found herself wanting to help others set the fact that moves were just okay and apart of us and they make everyone special.
A couple months after turning 19 she received a Email from some weirdo called Mr.Cool and read over it. She kinda liked the idea,with her new goal to help with the move hate and decided she did want to risk it-
She read over it again,answered the cafe question and showed her family and they all thought it was kick ass.
Currently she is still at Fafa's foster home and doesn't have a job. She does plan to move into Lumiose City BUT she wants a roommate but she might make trips to Lumiose in the meantime.
