haha, no prob "faves", is just short for favourites. So yes, stars would be an other word for it
And llamas are just that llamas they are a completely arbitrary gift that you can give people, and that costs absolutely nothing. People often take them as an invitation to look at your stuff
(unless you are on the app in which case you cannot see them...) 
Anyway, llamas are found in the upper righthand corner of peoples pages, under the "give" button

I'm afraid to ask anyone, but I have one problem: I created a site, but it's hard to find in search engines. It requires the help of many thousands of visitors for successful indexing in search engines.Сan I ask in the group for this basic work? If even one out of ten once came to the site to see my work and read - it would be really helpful. Is that possible?

You could always just reach out to people My experience is that if you give some faves here, and some llamas there, people will wonder "who faved my art?", and come to your page, just to check you out.
