Description
Hi there! I'm not dead yet, so it's time to upload something!Today I want to present my very first tutorial, so please have mercy
It's a mix between anatomy and parts for creation, so I hope it's right this way how you need it (I noticed some creating OCs don't really know much about anatomy, so maybe this helps a little).
I did it in my rather realistic to semi-realistic drawing style, so for manga it's not really useful, I guess..
For more inspiration: [link]
I got a lot inspired by ~Felizias βs tutorials, she sums up everything quite well as I think
The other one who made a wonderful face tutorial is *Phobs [link] (a wonderful artist btw) - it helped me a lot and inspired my style.
BTW, just found a hair tutorial, I think it's quite fine and describes how to draw the hair [link] - it concentrates on the different types of hair.
For a complete character creation, I can recomment on this tutorial [link]
For body shapes, go here: [link] (by ~bleedingcrow )
If you think itβs helpful, please

I really like the section on profiles, that's always the hardest part for me!

Can you please create a Tutorial on how to draw dragons in Disney style?

I have like no idea how to do that because I legitimately suck at drawing dragons in first place, and Disney style 100% isn't the way I draw stuff. I'm sorry, but I think there are more qualified artists on this site (also maybe search the whole internet, I'm sure there's actually such a tutorial in existence somewhere) who are better at adapting this parteculiar style than I am.
Greetings ~
(also sorry for the late reply, I barely go here at the moment)

No, seriously, this is hardly my style and though I know how those dragons look like, I'm simply bad at drawing them. If you look at my gallery, I barely have animals, it's largely humans I draw. Professor-R for example draws a lot of animals and mystical creatures and could give you better tips than I could. I know this sounds rude but maybe really look for people who draw in a Disney-ish stlye and/or speciallized on dragons etc.
I would need to look at tutorials at first too, so I really don't see any sense in it, especially because it'd be easier for you to look them up yourself.

Thank you darling! I am glad it is still helpful
Well, at that point I wasn't so advanced at drawing, so it just seemed reasonable to share all my resources

Wow, now that's a detailed tutorial, I think it's very well done for your first one. I myself have never done one so I can't really say if I could do it as well and detailed as you xD I think it's helpful (:

This is really good,
characters' facial features is something I fuss over a lot and you have articulated it very well. I like you're pictures too!

thank you
I think I'll do one for female and male characters seperated, too, because I missed stuff like beards or something
