Description
Lately I've been fascinated by the world of the SCP Foundation. I decided to give 682 a different design from those I've seen. He is based off of a Pakicetus (ancient whale-wolf) for the body design. His body is supposed to change constantly and have different textures and properties.Not something I would like to meet...ever.

Wow, thanks for the compliment! I'm still fairly new to the SCP Foundation and I've only read a few articles. How has the foundation changed lately?

I dunno, the lore just seemed to change. Before the lore was more vague, with the foundation members being vague, the true purpose of the SCPs and Foundation were also very mysterious, and the SCPS were more creepy orientated instead of them more "normal" as they are now. the whole SCP foundation started out as creepypasta and was just articles on the strange SCPs and the various containment procedures. Nowadays, there is a cliche backstory, and SCP - 682 used to be a lot less vocal and wasn't as overpowered. It just feels like its become more like something from Hellboy (which isn't bad necessarily) than a mysterious organization collecting strange artifacts and creatures. Its lost some of its horror elements and there is a lot of overpowered things whereas before it was more about the SCPs having creepy or strange abilities rather than being OMG indestructible, etc.

I see. I was thinking about writing my own SCP article at some point, but I'm probably gonna wait a while so I can come up with something good and creepy. I like some of those Hellboy sort of creatures on the website, but I do think the creepy ones are better in many ways (I love 173 and 096).

Yeah I don't necessarily hate the hellboyish ones its just SCP thing as a whole didn't start out that way and was more about horror and creepiness. Now if you check a lot of the rejected (and sometimes unfornuately unrejected) SCPs, its about powerlevel wanking bullshit, like "omg hes strong as SCP 682, etc)
