May I just ask why? I'm pretty neutral on the ship, borderline shipping it.

I mean no flame wars involved, so here is why:
The only reason people ship them is because the animated series on YouTube and them being in the background for only one shot.
I only thought they where talking, not in a relationship at the time.
Butthurt fans are always butting peoples heads about the ship being "ONEHUNDRID PREFCTENMT CANUUN1!!!1" They also comment about Time Turner being married to Derpy, but we have no proof.
Of course, I don't mean all fans. This shipping is overrated as Hell, and is not cute at all in my opinion.
I think Time turner would rather prefer Twilight, Lyra or anypony else but her. He doesn't need her annoying him all the time.
This is coming from a Doctorpie shipper, so here is why I think Pinkie would be better then Derpy:
We know nothingΒ about Derpy, so we can't be sure if she could be sweet and funny, or annoying and nobody likes her due to the amount of annoyance.
Pinkie though, is able to hold her craziness down. She also had a past where she wasn't happy and springy like she always was, but what if Derpy was treated like a princess? Maybe she was interested in for her unusual eyes, not bullied.
In that case, Derpy/Bright eyes could be a very sour mare. The only way I will sip it is if we get to know more about Derpy, and she seems as a sensible mare for Time Turner.

I'm not here to go out war either, but let's not forget that Time Turner was originally thought of by the fandom as Doctor Whooves, due to his resemblance of the 10th Doctor from Doctor Who.Β < --- That isn't even to be made into a point on Derpy Whooves, just a random statement I wanted to throw in there. XD Derpy was thought to be a likely candidate for one of the Doctor's companions, as he has a sort of pattern he follows as to getting companions. I can see the ship being canon if it were in the DW universe, but it FiM, it's unlikely. In fact, almost any ship with a background character is unlikely due to the lack of backstory created for the background character. But I can see Doctorpie being a ship that I may eventually ship. o v o Thanks for your time!
