Have you read mutant ninja turtle gaiden? It's kind of continues the story where the original black/white tmnt was abandoned. 
And Donnie tries to kill Mikey, by giving him a rat-poisoned pizza. And cloning Splinter. And keeping a child clone Leo (...) on chains, beating the crap out of the poor kid regularly.
" Kill three" XD Donnie is perfectly capable of that answer... 
Although I'm very curious about Splinters reaction..
