Third pic from my try to recreate this nice Firstone Spaceship form Babylon5 . I a m not shure if it is really an improvement compared with the second version but this time you can download the animation.[link]
Done from scratch in 3dsmax.
Perhaps you know the show and this alien ship.
I am planning to release the mesh so it would be nice if you will give me some comments how I can improve it.

Never really felt the original scene in B5 worked well - a bunch of almost god-like enigmatic first-ones, each with one mothership (which looked hastily put together in comparison to other B5 ships) with different looking weapons that basicly did the same thing... The scene seemed dissatisfyingly unimaginative when I first saw it.
You need to get finer, grainer textures with less ambient light to make dark areas darker.

Da ich vorhabe das max Modell der Szene irgendwann nΓ€chste Woche zum Runterladen freizugeben kannst du dir die gerne holen und dann soviel mit der Kamera schwenken wie du willst.
