Description
One more pic from the enchanted forest.This shot was taken in Autumn 2007 near Clausthal in the Harz-Mountains. For those who are familiar with the region, it shows a small path near the 'Nassenwieser Teich'.
Some Elves or other fantasy beings may be just around the corner.

Germany is definitely worth a visit. Ok, most skandinavians visit germany because of the cheap beer. Some people told me that in Norway there are a lot of awesome places and that some regions there are also great for hiking and mountain biking. A friend of mine one summer was cycling all the way from here to the north cap and back.

I love dense forests like that. I used to live near and old wood and it was a sort of ritual to walk across this massive fallen tree on my way home. They cleared all the old growth out now so it's only standing trees.

That's a good composition. The path creates a nice leading line for the eye to follow. The color is great also!

SchΓΆn schΓΆn. Da sieht man mal dass man nicht unbedingt nach Γbersee muss um solche Natur zu sehn. War zwar selber auch noch nicht im Harz aber das macht Laune auf ne kleine Reise ^^
