Micron pens, and Staedtler pens, Winsor & Newton watercolors, and Strathmore papers usually. Sometimes I switch to Canson paper in a pinch.ย

I like both, I usually pick one or the other, or both, depending on what kind of paper the drawing is on. Some papers don't like color pencil, and some don't do well with wet media. If you really like color pencil try drawing with them on a toned paper. Strathmore and Canson make nice single sheets of large toned paper that I have used before and really liked the end results. As for watercolor, I tend to stick with Arches or Strathmore watercolor papers.ย
