Soooo I went to see Catching Fire few weeks ago. Kind of having mixed feelings about it, can't say I didn't like it, can't say I really liked it either. Books are still way better in my opinion. But there's still one thing I loved a lot, same as in the first movie - costume design. Friggin awesome, kudos to to concept artists whoever created the dresses for Katniss. The moment I saw this fiery one I knew I can't avoid painting it (Maybe that's why I didn't quite like the movie - while normal people have been watching it, I've been musing over the concept for the painting ) Oh yeah, and Jenn. Gotta love that little piece of awesomeness that she is. Great performance, adore her

Nothing can beat the books... but I do believe that this is perhaps my favourite book-to-movie adaption since Shawshank. Catching Fire was always my favourite in the trilogy, though. Movie-wise, I'd rank them 1. Catching Fire, 2. Mockingjay Part 1, 3. Hunger Games (even though I love the first movie) This is great work, by the way! Really breathtaking

this is such a great piece and i do do do love the hand sweetie, that is a little masterpiece of painting in the painting
colors are divine, mood is perfect and the agony on the girl so well rendered, this should rightfully be a DD!

it totally reminds me of Emilia, i can see Jennifer in there but it's like you prettified her til one point she started reminding of Emilia admit it, Mother of Dragons is carved into your hands! it's beautiful either way make more
