I love this piece, the whole atmosphere seems to mimick the fox's emotions. The worn, weighed down position matches the leaves in the bottom left corner while the crow( which stands out because it is darker than the muted colors) is almost looked upon hopefully. Hope you get what I mean!

This is quite a powerful piece you've created here. The atmospheric ambient effect, and the vivid tracks of rain through the air and on the fur create a somber attitude for the picture as a whole. But by far the most powerful approach is the angled mouth line indicating a frown or uncertainty. That really lends character to your fox drawing, especially how the eyes are focused on the bird above.
