a little scrap I just did.Pretty lame the quality again, but what can I say...
I also didn't wanted to add too much detail, I was just having fun there and wanted to try to draw Ace once again. I later added Buttercup back there, maybe somethings are wrong with her pose, I know...feel free to point them out, so later I can maybe fix it.
Anyway, besides that, hope you like it despite all.

Your ButtercupXAce drawings are definitely one of my favorites Β . I was wondering, with your permission, if I could in the future post a short story of these two based off this picture of yours. Β Sorry for asking you this here, its just this particular picture has had my creative juices flowing for a while and I just had to ask you. Β If it's no, I completely understand because this is your art and want to respect your wishes.

All of yesterday while the Internet was funking out, I had watched a brief PPG marathon with my episodes and HAD to check out some fanfics and fanart. During the time the Internet was compromising, I'd looked up some fanfics first but gave up on it due to lack of finding anything... The fanfics composed of the Buttercup/Butch relationship weren't... as up to par as I thought, save a few, and when I looked for Ace/Buttercup there was nothing romantic with them. So, it was basically DA time!
Well, I caught the briefest glimpse of this piece and my mind was blank for a full five minutes (I checked the time afterwards) and it nearly exploded with, "HOW IN THE SWEET WORLD IS THIS BEAUTIFUL MASTERPIECE LAME?!" and just stared at this image for ten minutes after that too! The Internet had already crashed again but the image was, somehow, just imprinted on the screen and it almost hurt me to have to shut it off. ...I mean, sweet goodness, LOOK AT THAT SEXY HAIR! (I've always loved his hair the most.)
Most little girls liked Brick or some other Rowdyruff Boy; no, mine was Ace (no one really knows about it but now whoever reads this does. XD) and so I squealed.
His casual pose against the wall is full of nonchalance yet intrigue which is SO Ace! Adding Buttercup this is something I give further kudos to you for--it really gives it that zing of something that's full of tension with feelings and forbidden, an aspect that I believe can be just as insane, and maybe a little more so as well, as the Buttercup/Butch couple; for something you did which you call "a little scrap" I actually think there's lots of detail in the sheer simplicity of the art. I would've just given you a quick icon or two to express my adoration for this but that just wouldn't suffice at ALL and, while words can't do it either, I'm trying and feel it's more of a worthy gift to try and explain. And the tint is GREEN. GENIUS! See, kids? THIS is why greens are so good for you! Yes, I'm so happy to FINALLY get the chance to tell you how friggin' much I've fallen in love with this piece in only 24 hours that I'm making bad puns!
There's nothing to critique you on, really. No, I'm not kissing your butt or just saying this because my art will, likely, NEVER be up to par like yours--it's just, honestly, THAT good. Buttercup's pose is perfectly fine and so is that hunk of green over yonder. Man, I want an Ace... the world can have Edward Cullen--just give me the GOOD fictional characters.
Even though I have lots of stories to work on, this image kinda makes me wanna try this fandom out again. Maybe one day I'll have the guts to try out my one of my childhood programs but for now, I'm TOTALLY just going to admire it at least a bazillion times a day, fave it and add you to DA-watch!
