...well, just gave a try how it looks in 3D. I've seen such a kind of pic in DA few times. But i wanted to experiment it in 3D.For the book I used the page of Holy Quran.This Book is a little bit more special to me. My mother brought this Book from Mecca 19 years ago.
I've applied 5 million photons for the caustic effect & with the energy of 2000%. Hope it's looking better

wo0ow .. 19 years ago? i can tell it from it's font that it's really an old copy .. i think they're just using the "othmani" font nowadays ..
any way .. the ring look so real .. but i geuss the shade(heart shape) is not .. maybe because you didn't use defferent levels of shading ..

I usually hate those 'heart in a book' photos because they all look exactly the same and lose meaning after being overdone 5 thousand times.
This however is the ONE PICTURE of those that I actually like, and it's not even a complete photo! Although it looks very much like one. It is powerful with great lighting. A really great render
