命式VOCALOID PM V4x v.10Finally we got all of her done and rigged, not rigged well but shes rigged none the less
; Her boob psysics have a bad habbit of jittering because of the rigging is a bit funky.
And because of the skirt was a bit dificult ot rig we just gave it psysics so it might clip a bit.
If anyone is interested in helpign me fix her rigging please note me!! :3

All Textures & Mesh have been re-made from scratch to replicate the origina mesh and textures that Chatterhead made. Everything is new.
(V4 PM Is an unofficial Vocaloid, therefore she has no correlation with YAMAHA or Crypton.)

Well she is a redesign of an oc a person made, I dont think her arm warmers dont look to common though, considering their very asymmetrical. as well as most of her design is asymmetrical. I think its a spin on the "common" miku design so to speak, and she already looks spacey as it is, I dont think this really is common as you said, she does look unique, considering I dont think I have seen a vocaloid, or a fanloid with a design like this, especially since they use the ribbons that would be in the hair on the dress to coincide with the entire ensamble. Although Im not sure if its just me, but I would think the effort put into this model would have more of a compliment, Not to say you didnt compliment it, but it seems you might be nit-picking. Not to sound rude, simply just interpreting it as such, but I clearly may be wrong, and If I am, I apologize in advance for any rude or disresect that may come from this reply.

No the problem when you get down to it . This just looks like Miku just died her hair purple, bigger breast, edited colors, the hair being parted, arm warmers shrunk the be much smaller. Tho would be the question if there arm warmers tho that's what they are.
The model still uses a very similar tda miku legs maybe with more stelletos. Other than, your skirt being more origional. The model still screams Miku. The pose still looks like a edit of miku v2 pose.
Making the model seem like it's a fan edit of her rather than, a actual fan vocaloid models. I would personally given the vocaloid a bit more thought. Cause, tho you say the space design is there. It really isn't. There's nothing besides the background showing she would be a celestrial singer.
Tho her headphones give off a more futuristic style than, space. She just doesn't look like a space singer or, much of a origional singer. Try it once. Remove the background and, think not as yourself and, ask yourself. Does she really look origional or, like many utau users a edit of miku.
As well does she really say celestrial? Personally with her color choice . She gives off more of a rave style than, space. Since space would had a flow of different colors blending. Like a shooting star bath. The moon's glow. The night sky and, so on. When you think about, those.
The models doesn't feel like it fits the design your going for. So I'm not being nit picky but, concepts for what you say kinda don't fit.

And to tell you something, the word "Vocaloid" is copyright and trademarked to Yamaha not Crypton. only their vocaloid names are.
There's a disclaimer right in the description that says that shes a non official vocaloid. Many people make non official vocaloids their called "Fanloids" There's literally a whole wiki dedicated to them.
I'm the one who came up with the design and based it off of a pre-existing chatterhead design but changed it up to be more vocaloid like. same with josie and Akira when ever i get around to making her.
No one is going to get sued because someone used the Miku formula to make a character dude, You cant tell me that armwarmers are overused when you yourself have them on your utau and legwarmers to, those follow the rin&len formula. PM belongs to chatterhead, i made this design my hand by scratch.

Actually yes crypton can still press charges. there is a difference from a fanloid vs almost downright copying things.
Taking parts from a already existing character isn't making a fan of anything. If anything it's just changing her look . Example Rin getting yellow eyes in some pvs while having alt outfits. That's all the model feels like .
As arm warmers go. Mine arn't actually arm warmers. Zannon wears sleeves made of old pants . If you looked at concept arts. You would have noticed the zipper. As well small pants detail. So I actually did a different approach basing little details on my personal voice.
As leg warmers go. No he doesn't wear them. He wears a country leather outfit. With a old olvier twist like british mail boy hat. With a simple t shirt,
So no my utau doesn't copy vocaloid let alone rin and, len since his latest and, final design shaires nothing to vocaloid.

really? It looks like he has arm-warmers to me? i dont see a zipper anywhere on his models all i see are edited Haku armwarmers.
and no they can't no one is breaking the law dude, you can go straight to the fanloid wiki and look for miku/rin/len/luka color swaps. they exist and they have existed since 2009.
What about Zatsune miku? or Mikuo? Or Neru? Or Haku? did their creators get sued? no they didn't, not even teto's creators.
PM is her own character, she's a fanmade vocaloid. she dosnt have a voice and she doesn't borrow a voice from any vocaloid.
here ill give you a breakdown of whats different than miku on PM V4.
1. herheadset,
2. her outfit.
3. her shoes.
4. her body.
5. her eyes.
6. her armwarmers.
7. her whole design.
i can literally continue for hours on what differences there are other than the 2 similarities because of her hair and her hair bands.
literally there are more worse models than mine to come after. stop being so nitpicky about a few things that share a resemblance

As for your "difference" All I see is rescalled and, edited parts. Nothing that would stand the model apart from miku design. It still has roughly 70% miku concept traits on the model. You can't hide what is bluntly obvious.
Considering how lazy the vocaloid mmd fan base is. So it's not being nit picky. When I couls show this to people and, they would say she still looks like miku.

I can tell you personally 100% of the models are not edits. i made each and every part of PM's design first on fucking paper and then had to mesh all of it so you can try again dude. for someone who makes edits of models you have a lot of nerve to come in here and tell me that my models are edits. i worked hard on these models and i meshed every piece and made every texture. you can take your shit elsewhere dude. there's even the MQO file is even in her downloaded file. you would of known that if you would of downloaded her.
the whole point of PM's original design was to look like miku, that's the point. I designed her a Vocaloid type outfit with new things so that way there would be a more vocaloid like pm out there for people to use other than chatterheads TDA pm, which wasn't even a TDA edit it was a model built from scratch made to look like TDA.
unless you have a current picture of your utau's model with armwarmers other than haku's edits then you can't really sit there and tell me what is or isn't overused on models, especially MY Models.

You honestly shouldn't bother with Dion. He thinks at least 90% of things made with metasequoia are fake and just recolors and is attempting to scam people by selling video game parts. I say scam because he's been told so many times now that it's illegal to sell things he doesn't own the copyright to there is no excuse for him to be trying to see a 3dcg mod for 10 to 30 bucks. Anyone whose tried to explain otherwise ends up basically ignored by him.

No what im arguing against is that your claims of Us getting sued because we made a model of someone else's character, who in turn literally only has pigtails so that way she resembled miku.
i went and made a model from the ground up to make her design be more substantial other than her tube-top. because that's all she wore was a tube-top and some heels
And no, the mqo file included is a non frozen file. do you understand what that means? It means that nothing is patched or frozen so that way if someone wanted to make an edit they could do so on the non frozen file and then freeze it.
you could of taken fucking 10 seconds to download her file and then open the mqo file in meta to see.
Whole person blowing this out of proportion was you, with the whole "Youll get in trouble" shit for having her have arm-warmers and pigtails.
and you ignored the fact that i called you out on your own use of those armwarmers, and my examples of fanloids that use the miku formula.

I mean I can understand, but you do have to remember this is not owned by this person as stated in the description, its owned by I do understand though what youre saying. But also I do feel you may be taking this a bit too serious? (Once again not to be offensive! If I bring offense I truly am sorry in advance) but if you really feel her design choices should be spoken on you may want to bring it up to her actual owner Because there is not much that can be told about this character from anothers perspective since I am pretty sure this was just for fun. and wished to give it out for the free use of those who want it.
As for the style of her, everyone has their own views on whats spacey and whats ravey, I cant force my own views on you about it, I can only say what I think about her. But this is also an old model that was from last year, you have to take into account that there is a possibility this person could be recreating her design and or coming up with some kind of update?
But I do think that maybe your opinions may be taken into account although I do think this model was for personal gain, style wise that is.
But I cant really say too much on it, as I said your best bet for more information on why she looks the way she does would be better taken up by the original character creator.

The real issue don't me wrong . If the model was for personal gain or, something. The origional creator would go threw vocaloid co. As well have to argue against Cryptong for making a copy of miku in design.
It doesn't matter how it looks. But, in a buiseness point of vew and, calling it a vocaloid. Is a big nono.
If Crypton did see a voicebank working for this character and, the user was making a profit. I can almost without a doubt the user would have to pay for almost copying a already existing vocaloid.
The origional creator really should have made a better choice. Cause, if she did get it lisenced as a vocaloid. I don't think Crypton would be happy with someone stealing attention or, copying in anyway Miku's main look. I personally hate Miku.
But, this kind of thing could lead the creator into serious issue. Not to mention breaking a few laws Vocaloid users know not to break. So even calling it a vocaloid is kinda putting her at risk.
