Description
Chandelure was requested by someone on the QuizUp App.
I actually did not like this drawing. I felt it started strong, I liked it until I started to color it. I felt there wasn't anyway I could color it that would be satisfying. So I tried putting it away for some time do other things and thought when I came back to it I would feel better about it. That asn't the case... any who you can't always be happy with everything do you. So I sucked it up, finished it. Haha ... many people from QuizUp still seemed to like it so.. I hope you all do too. Critiques are of course always welcomed.
I used colored pencils and regular pencils for this. Inked with graphic pens.. so nothing special than my usual combination in recent works.

The drawing looks very nice! The colors look fine besides the purple. I think Chandelure would look better with a lighter purple. It's still very lovely to look at. I especially love the Chandelure's face. It just looks so happy! The orange background goes very nice with the darker colors of the Chandelure. The old trees are also a very nice touch. Kinda like those creepy old trees that you'd see when you try to get into the Korok Forest in Breath of the Wild. The little Litwick's are very cute. I like the way it's colored as well. It looks like it was colored in with a crayon or a colored pencil. It makes it looks different.

Thank you, I did use colored pencils for this piece. I'm very appreciated of your critique too because I actually struggled a lot with this piece. You're likely right it would have looked nicer with a lighter purple, I wish I had colored the background before Chadelure, so I would have realized coloring it in dark wouldn't look as good. So again thank you
