There was simply no time to produce a full comic. Curse school. Now I leave tomorrow morning for my week-long vacation (I get back Saturday night), and I don't know if I'll have computer access, so I HAVE NO IDEA what sort of reactions this is gonna get...

But please don't crucify me. I don't expect to win with this, since this isn't REALLY my entry, but it's all I can submit in time for the deadline. Just the script with a number of sketches to help illustrate what my, erm, vision was for this comic. Think of it like a sorta "behind-the-scenes" look into my methods, heh. As you can maybe tell, I had something kinda epic planned. I'm sure most of it would have made more sense had I fully rendered images, but...this'll have to do. -.-
(for example, the bit with Cage's dog tags, and why he isn't with them; yeah...thanks, Mr. Harvester)

Rock on, ~appler-pie ! I'm so sorry I wasn't able to do more with Jake (and I hope I didn't botch him to bloody pieces), but he was FANTASTIC to work with regardless!

And good luck to ALL of you involved with EFN~ ^__^;;

(anecdotes: I enjoyed drawing the bloody "panels" WAY too much, and that bird I doodled scares the SHIT out of me)
