It's my birthday I can do a half assed coloring job if I want to.These two make me so happy. Mister Bones is my opium lord and seer; Feste is an androgynous emcee for a vaudeville act. They are good friends (Bones just also wishes they were more then that).
This might be a WIP if I ever become unlazy.
ALSO. I am aware that I draw Feste different every time...I'm inconsistent, I know. Bones is also taller by...a lot usually. I just...fail. FUCK. OTL

I actually have both versions, I thought you might mean the Placebo cover because you mentioned them on your profile, and it was rather ironic because I was listening to that album (meds) at the time of viewing.

People seem to like Bones's face best, but the subtle androgyny of Feste's face pleases me. His scarf is just simple cross hatching.

D: I happen to like your halfassed colouring. Hush. Bones's profile looks really good for the most part, though the pupil of the eye is offcenter in a way that flattens it a little. Also. Feste. Looks so wonderfully androgynous and, well, Feste-y and I love his scarf.

Why thank you! Hm. I just drew his eye in my usual style, which I suppose is more cartoony than the work I've been doing as of late. I'll make a concentrated effort to make it match.

It's not even the style, really, but that the center is off center; it looks as if he should be looking to the side, but the iris doesn't sync with that. It's a pretty minor ting, really,all things told.

I am rather very fond of of this picture, especially Bones! There's something very charming about the look on his face and hell I think I have a thing for suspenders but heeee looks good in them. Apologies for the low coherence level XD

Loving the title, first of all. Placebo just keeps reuniting me with your pictures. (Unless you're refering to the original version, in which case... well, it makes no difference.)
The colors are lovely. I love all the choices you made on this one, they really worked out well.

Most of my titles tend to lean on lyrics if something else doesn't come to mind. Being one of my favorite bands and Bones' theme band, Placebo comes to mind pretty often. I was referring to the cover version, but I also listened to the Kate Bush version while coloring this.

It's fitting. In appearance, Bones reminds me very much of Brian Molko circa 1999-2000, around the time when Black Market Music was realeased (actually, just the other day I was watching my Placebo DVD, and when the video for Taste in Men came on, I thought about your Bones.) This is definately a good thing.

The video for Taste in Men actually inspired Bones' latest hair style. I had been wanting him to have it shorter, so...voila.
