Description
Due to surprisingly popular demand, I have now made a pay-to-use, non-CS-specific version of this base! The original Dainty base is still available, but now has a few additional rules added to it.It comes with two versions of hooves [equine & cloven], optional "ripped" abdominals [abs on a separate layer], a quickly sketched face for general facial placement, and base color ready to be filled in!
This is a .PSD file.
Feel free to show me what you've done with the base! I'd love to see your creations!

Base Rules:
- There is a FREE-TO-USE VERSION to use for the Dainty closed species ONLY, linked here: [F2U] Buff Dainty Base . Please read the rules for that base if you have a Dainty!.
- Can be used for adoptables, commissions, etc.
- The base may be edited to fit the character in question.
- Credit me anywhere and everywhere you use the base; InQlet @ DA; InQy @ Toyhou.se.
- Do not trace, steal, or claim the base as your own!
- You may want to send me a note with your username and the first letters of each rule line as the title if you wish to buy this base.
- That is the only way I will give you access to the download.

You did not pay for this file because I have never sent an invoice for this file to anyone, even those who have given their PayPal addresses. I am still currently restricted to my phone, for reasons stated on my profile back in December, and my phone is not exactly friendly to PayPal nor to DeviantArt. As a result, I have not sent anything to anyone so my phone doesn't freak out and mis-send invoices to incorrect addresses.

While I understand that it was an error in my part, do you expect that there is a time you will be sending those out? I gave you my paypal address months ago and I try to be on top of my PayPal payments so I assumed that since you had my email you would have sent the invoice and I would have paid it which is why I ask. I understand that you're phone restricted but it would have been nice to have heard back about this considering but it's been so long I don't know and I did go through my paypal but I didnt know what emails would have been yours around that time. Its disappointing unfortunately to be left in the dark when since I didn't pay, an invoice could be sent out of nowhere unexpectedly. Not saying you would but tldr my perspective is I either paid it or you just fell off the planet with my personal information to choose when and how you deal with it and neither of those are ideal

I admit that I've handled the situation poorly. Between two jobs and trying to manage my stress and anxiety levels, I did let anything online fall to the wayside. I apologize. I do believe you should have attempted to contact me via Note before coming after me in the comments section.
